Mr. Jamie R Brown PA-C was born in Olive Hill, KY, and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Mr. Brown obtained his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Biology with an emphasis in Cellular Biology from the University of Kentucky in 2004. Upon graduation, Mr. Brown worked for 6 years in the pharmaceutical field, in sales and research for Pfizer and Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Brown returned to school to obtain his Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Kentucky in 2010. Mr. Brown completed his PA-C Medical Residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center and associated medical centers. Areas of focus were Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Dermatology, and Family Practice.
Mr. Brown is a member of many professional organizations that include the following: the American Academy of Physician’s Assistants, the Ohio Association of Physician’s Assistants, and Kentucky Associations of Physician’s Assistants. Mr. Brown is active in the community, with involvement at Crossroad Christian Church, Freemasons, Shriner’s Hospital for Children of Lexington and Cincinnati. Mr. Brown takes great pride in providing patient-centered care, and the bonds he develops with his patients. Mr. Brown is excited about working with the Renew Medical Centers team and transforming the lives of the patients that honor him with their care.
